A year ago today I finally got the nerve to post a piece of self-indulgence, the first part of ‘MY STAR WARS LIFE. I had decided to write my auto-biography through a Star Wars prism. My life as it happened around events from what I consider to be the greatest franchise the world will ever see.
What I ended up doing was creating something far bigger.
What was going to be a series of Star Wars related anecdotes became a place for me to chronicle not only my life story as a Star Wars fan but my whole life, from reviewing the films to sharing my ever growing collections of the Star Wars Pop! Vinyl and Lego and more.
But it’s not all about me, it’s about creating a positive space in the fandom, be it in digital print or as a Podcast, I want people to enjoy my content as much as I enjoy creating it. Not only has the Blog given me a creative outlet or has also given me something positive to focus on.
And so at this point I would like to thank each and every one of you who has taken the time to read an article or two or maybe all 200+. An extra special thank you to everyone who has supported the Blog on some way, from clicking like or sharing the posts, listening to the Podcast, and even more thanks to those who have signed up to Patreon, it all means a lot.
And of course the biggest of thank you’s to my Wife who has supported me and it through everything in the past year, I really couldn’t have done it without her.
And so the mushy, gushing stuff comes to an end and we’ll be back to our regular Star Wars content on Friday.
Thank you for visiting My Star Wars Life Debt.
