“How you doin’ you old pirate, so good to see you!”

In the words of Staind, “It’s been a while…” almost two months in fact and for that I am sorry.

In all honesty I haven’t been well in that time and needed to take some time away from just about everything in order to recuperate and sort myself out.

Yes, even Star Wars.

I haven’t consumed any Star Wars related content since I finished reading Thrawn: Alliances in August.

But now, after starting to get everything in order again after being proclaimed ‘in recovery’ by the medical professionals and having been back at work for a couple of weeks, life is returning to relative normality, which of course includes Star Wars.

So a lot has happened in the galaxy far, far away. The build up to Star Wars: Resistance has ramped up and it’s out imminently. The Darth Vader VR series was announced. The Jon Favreau live action series has started production, premise was released and the title ‘The Mandalorian’ was revealed. The Solo: A Star Wars Story novelisation was released and the film has his home media…

Have I missed anything? Oh a whole new wave of Lego was released and the new Cloud City set has come out and Vader’s Castle was revealed!!!

There has been a lot of missed opportunities for new content but as I get back into the swing of things I will try to cover as much lost ground as possible.

Moving forward… I will try to adhere to two posts a week, if not more once I get back into the rhythm. The Podcast is on hold for now as is the YouTube channel (I even posted the first YouTube video but never promoted it due to the illness) but good things come to those who wait.
